Bulbs

Bulb Planting Spring and Summer Volunteer

Each spring and summer, we have the privilege of witnessing Mother Nature awaken vibrant flowers that bring joy to everyone—and you can help make it happen! The bulbs in the planters on the north side of the building and the raised beds near the parking lot will need to be replanted in the spring and summer. Planting day will be a collaborative effort to prepare the planters and beds for the season ahead.

Garden Support Volunteer Spring to Fall

Volunteering in this position doesn’t require a green thumb or a plant science background. Just bring your enthusiasm, flexibility, and willingness to help.

Garden Support Volunteers will help maintain the potted flowers on the north side of the Museum and the flowers on the west and east sides of the building. They will assist with prepping the space in the spring and caring for it throughout the summer and fall. This is a unique opportunity for those looking to support the Museum in a new way and put their green thumb to work (though a green thumb is not required)!
