All guests are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance online. Museum members do not need to reserve admission tickets and should simply bring their member card. However, please note that a separate, timed ticket is required for the Infinity Theater, Planetarium, or certain temporary exhibitions, including for members.
If you need to reschedule your tickets, please call Guest Services at 303.370.6000 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

MY DENVER CARD
Exciting news! The Museum is accepting MY Denver Cards throughout the entire month of December. All school-age children living or attending school in the City and County of Denver can enjoy FREE access to the Museum through this program.
SNAP/MUSEUMS FOR ALL
Please bring your SNAP EBT card with you and verify at the ticketing desk when you arrive. If you are unable to provide eligibility, you will be charged full price.
$1 Museum Admission for up to 10 people in a party for those with a SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) card. Proof of eligibility required–SNAP EBT Card. Buy online or walk up. Please note: P-EBT and WIC cards will not be accepted. Summer EBT card is valid for (1) discounted youth admission ticket (3-18 years old).
People with a SNAP EBT card can purchase a Family membership for $25. Each eligible individual may purchase one membership. Discount must be redeemed onsite and requires proof of eligibility – SNAP EBT Card (Summer EBT cards and P-EBT cards will not be accepted).

ASTC PASSPORT
Free Museum admission for two adults and their children up to 18 years old for members of ASTC organizations that are located more than 90 miles from the Denver Museum of Nature & Science or from your home. Proof of eligibility required – a valid membership card with ASTC logo.
MILITARY
All who currently serve or have served in the U.S. Military receive a $3 discount on Museum Admission and a 10% discount on Individual through Family Plus memberships.

FAQs
Strollers and non-motorized wheelchairs are available to check out at our information desk located on the first floor across from the gift shop. These items are first come first serve and cannot be reserved in advance. We do not have motorized carts available to rent.
Yes, we allow services animals in the Museum, which is defined as animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Pets and emotional support animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed.
