Children cannot be accommodated in Teachers Professional Development Programs; no exceptions. Participants who arrive with children will not be admitted to the program.
Children are curious about rocks, so where do you begin the conversation and how do you answer all their questions? Explore rocks and minerals, and what makes them the same and/or different? Discover how to build on children’s natural tendencies to collect and sort the rocks they find.
Join us for an inquiry approach to science that includes playful exploration, literacy connections, and hands-on center and lesson ideas to use in your classroom tomorrow.
