More than 30 hot and cold hors d'oeuvre plates are available, served either "butler passed" or buffet style. Try an exhibition station like the Pasta Toss or the Crepe Station where delights are freshly prepared by uniformed chefs.

With both buffets and seated dinners you have various options like Colorado favorites such as Beef Tenderloin or Rainbow Trout. Or build your own buffet by selecting all your menu items.
Crème Caramel, Blueberry Peach Crumble or even our signature Chocolate Religion. A number of decadent sweets are available for your events. We also offer four varieties of "Sweet Endings," which are part of our dessert and coffee buffets.
