Banquet Sous Chef
The Banquet Sous Chef will provide assistance to the Executive Chef and Director of Food Services with the successful operations of the Catering and Banquets Food Service. Culinary degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of two years previous Sous Chef experience requested. Must have previous high volume restaurant and banquet experience.
